London to Paris: More Than Just a Bike Ride

As I approach the end of my final year at primary school, my heart is heavy with the thought of the children and families whose lives have been turned upside down by illness.

While I have been lucky enough to be healthy and able to focus on school and my sports, many families are currently sitting in hospital rooms, facing a bad disease that no child should ever have to endure.

I am cycling from London to Paris because I cannot look away from their struggle; I want to use my own strength to carry a bit of their burden.

These families are fighting to keep their world together while their children go through this horrible disease.
